		Lonnie Technical Services was established in 1995 by A. "Lonnie" Schnitzer for the purpose of providing used and new commercial kitchen equipment supply and technical services to hotels, institutions, and restaurants. The principal of LonnieTechnical Services, has been involved with a large variety of food service projects (see: project file). Lonnie Technical Services has continued to grow and expand its
	market base and good reputation within the industry. In addition to the supply of equipment and technical services, the firm has used its experience to expand into commercial kitchen layout and design, cost estimations, budgets, service contracts and project management. In order to ensure the latest presentation capability, the firm has established itself with up to date planning and project presentation technology. We currently present our work on the latest computer assisted design (CAD) technology and MS Office 2000, and are able to interface with other systems. In coordination with all the leading industry equipment manufacturers, parts and service suppliers, Lonnie Technical Services specifies and supplies quality used and new commercial kitchen equipment and installations, to its customers. In an industry as demanding and as diverse as the food service industry is, Lonnie Technical Services has positioned itself to answer to those dynamic needs.
