A floor plan diagram within a base architectural plan, establishing major functional areas such as cooking, preparation, storage, receiving, service utility, dishwashing, etc. Referenced from a library of over 43,000 drawings, state of the art computer assisted display, layout and design.
>> Inventory Itemization Displayed On Excel
An equipment data base is developed and itemized covering all of the necessary food service requirements. Descriptive elements such as make, model, accessory options and special features, are outlined on this list.
>> Cost Estimate Displayed On Excel
Estimates are organized onto Excel spreadsheets with each item shown with its projected/estimated cost. At this point an itemized budget is established in such a manner so as to allow the customer some flexibility in adjusting the inventory to better reflect the economic allowances permitted for this project.
>> Economy Packages
In consideration of the high prices for commercial kitchen equipment quality used equipment is offered to the prospective client. The floor plan is adjusted and redrawn if necessary, to accommodate these items.
>> Project Management Of Equipment Acquisition
We offer proper coordination in ordering, scheduling, and delivery of the entire equipment package. We see to it that suppliers live up to their delivery dates so that the project may be completed on time.
>> Trade Interdisciplinary Coordination
Quality documentation, drawings, and schedule of equipment services are presented to the Architectural/Engineering, and construction trades. These accurate technical details, which include plumbing, electrical, and ventilation locations, requirements, specifications, capacities, and points of connections, enable the necessary mechanical "rough-ins" to be effected in their correct positions ahead of the delivery time of the equipment effected in their

When the equipment arrives, our technicians are there to complete the installation and start-up the complete range of appliances.
>> Turnkey Delivery
On site demonstration of each equipment item is performed. Equipment manuals, warranty certificates & service manuals are handed over to management, and any relative equipment questions are answered.
